ATLANTIC COUNTY PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE ISSUES GRAND JURY SUBPOENAS TO ATLANTIC CITY, VENTNOR CITY & MARGATE CITY FOR HEALTH INSURANCE INFORMATION OF POLICE, FIRE AND CITY EMPLOYEES
On July 28, 2017, in an effort to conduct an investigation into criminal activity, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office issued Atlantic County Grand Jury subpoenas to the clerks of the following municipalities: Atlantic City, Ventnor City and Margate City.
These subpoenas are requesting all police, fire and city employees by name, date of birth and home address that have Express Scripts, Medco and/or NJ Direct as part of their health insurance plans.
This continues to be an ongoing investigation.
